Helping a growing service business maintain and improve its mobile products

Washloft is a Boston-based laundry pickup and delivery service. Customers schedule a pickup from their home, Washloft washes and folds their laundry, and the completed order is delivered back to them.

EZish Solutions has worked with Washloft since the company was established in 2021.

The starting point

When Washloft first reached out, the business already depended on two established mobile applications:

• A customer-facing app used to schedule services and manage payments
• An internal app used by the Washloft team to track orders and payments

Changes introduced by Apple required updates to keep both applications working reliably on newer versions of iOS.

How we supported the product

EZish Solutions stepped in to understand the existing applications, identify the changes required by the platform update, and support the apps through that transition.

The work required more than making an isolated code change. Both applications supported important parts of Washloft’s daily operations, so updates needed to preserve the workflows used by customers and the internal team.

An ongoing relationship

Our work with Washloft continued beyond the initial iOS support request. Since then, we have collaborated on additional product enhancements as the company and its operational needs have evolved.
